Civilization is the highest level of development and the result of the hard and soft achievements and capitals of a human society that emerges based on the contribution of its constituent components at different levels in human societies. One of the most important tools in the foundation of civilization is language, which with its unparalleled communication capability, can have valuable civilizational functions. Paying attention to the civilizational functions of language and examining its effectiveness as the most important human communication tool can be effective in recognizing the gaps facing a civilization. For this purpose, the present study intends to deal with the issue of the relationship between language and civilization and the civilizational functions of the civilization-building language with a descriptive-analytical method. The findings of the present study indicate that language can be used in accreditation of civilization, determining the levels of civilization-building thought, production and reproduction of civilization, increasing its power and effectiveness in the internal and external spheres of a land, teaching the norms of civilization and transmission of new investments and achievements. Therefore, in order to strengthen the new Islamic civilization and this communication tool, it is necessary to strengthen the capabilities which actually exist in the language of civilization in question and to pave the way for creating the necessary but missing capabilities in such a language.

The existence of various capacities in the Islamic world and the necessity for converting them into the mobilization of material and spiritual resources which are in line with the presence of a divine discourse in response to the West civilization's dominance are one of the effective factors in achieving a modern Islamic Civilization. To achieve the goal, scientific explanation and objective realization of the behavioral requirements of the Islamic world mobilization in Islamic civilization are essential. So in this research the behavioral requirements of the mobilization of the Islamic world in the behavioral dimension of Islamic civilization have been studied through exploratory and mixed approach with reviewing theoretical literature, as well as the qualitative section which in it has been studied content analysis, and interview with 12 experts, and also through specifying dimensions of three-dimensional Islamic civilization in three levels: contextual (content based), structural and behavioral which is based on the three-branch model, and as in the behavioral requirements of mobilization of the Islamic world, a collection of techniques, procedures and practical orientations in the Islamic world are considered in the society to realize the goals of the Islamic civilization. The most important behavioral requirements of the Islamic world mobilization for achieving the Islamic civilization with the prioritized performances have been obtained through the preparation of questionnaires, expertise scrutiny among 50 people from statistical community (assuming that N=n) and validity assessment in the quantitative section.

Improving participation in voluntary activities in Iran is important because increasing productivity among young people, given the country's young population, contributes to community sustainability. Therefore, a better understanding of volunteer motivation in Iranian youth is needed. The Volunteer Functions Inventory (VFI) for assessing volunteer motivations has good psychometric properties and is adapted to several languages, but no validated Iranian translation yet exists. The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychometric Characteristics of voluntary functions inventory in members of Iranian Red Crescent Society. Sample size was 595 members of Youth Organization of Iranian Red Crescent Society from 31 provinces and 175 cities of Iran that were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method and responded to voluntary functions inventory. Data were collected using a demographic sample and voluntary functions inventory (VFI). Confirmatory factor analysis using principal components method was used for data analysis. The results of the present study showed that the voluntary functions inventory had validity and reliability. Also, the factor structure showed that 29 items and 6 factors well assess people's attitudes to volunteering, and the structure of this inventory was well-fitted and confirmed all goodness of fit models. The present study provides the use of the Iranian translation of the Voluntary Functions Inventory (6 scales and 29 items) to assess volunteer motivation among young Iranian volunteers.

In this paper, an alternative approach in operational modal analysis is presented, utilizing image processing technique and transmissibility functions. Imaging sensors do not impose additional mass on the structure due to their non-contact nature, while transmissibility functions, independent of excitation type, can directly extract mode shapes. The innovation of this research lies in combining these two techniques to record dynamic responses and identify modal properties. To capture the temporal response history from video signals, the block-matching method with sub-pixel accuracy was employed. Validation was conducted by recording the response of the tip of a cantilevered steel beam subjected to impact excitation, using a high-speed camera and a laser vibrometer, simultaneously. The RMSE plots in the time domain and the PSD in the frequency domain indicate high accuracy of this method. Using this approach, the displacement time histories of various points on the structure were extracted from the video signals, and the modal properties, including natural frequencies, damping ratios, and mode shapes, were identified using the transmissibility matrix method. The results obtained from the proposed method were compared with the stochastic subspace identification (SSI) method and analytical solutions. The findings reveal the accuracy of the modal identification approach introduced in this article. The highest relative error in estimating the natural frequencies of the first and second modes, compared to the values from the laser method, are 0.19% and 0.13%, respectively, and in comparison to the analytical values, they are 0.34% and 1.5%, respectively.

Civilization categories with a Quranic and theological approach, contrary to what they think progress depends on secular civilization, it has many civilizational components and descriptions. The implementation of modern Islamic civilization doubles the necessity of explaining and presenting its components. This article investigates the civilizational factor of geography with a descriptive-analytical method, and author-centered hermeneutics, and tries to explain its civilizational functions in the eyes of Islam, emphasizing the verses of Surah Saba. Among the results obtained is that God, in the form of stories, pays attention to geography in two parts, human and natural, and the type and manner of interaction with it are affected by the belief attitude such as faith and monotheism, gratitude and righteous deeds. Therefore, Islam has introduced geography as one of the effective components in the Islamic civilization of the society and has explained the solution and effective methods of it

In this research, using the documentary method, an acceptable and independent definition of the two words "civilization" and "modern Islamic civilization" has been presented. Then, the content analysis method is used to analyze and examine parts of Imam Khamenei's speeches about the duties, roles and functions of the Islamic University with a civilization approach. This approach was based on an acceptable and autonomous definition resulting from the first step of the research. The distinguishing functions achieved for the university in the process of forming a new Islamic civilization based on Imam Khamenei's system of thought are,"Creating and nurturing the intellect of the country", "Training competent and efficient manpower", "Creating and strengthening the ground for student awakening", "Laying the ground for scientific growth and breaking the dogmas of the Western sciences", "Wise protection of the Islamic Revolution and its principles". This study showed that if the universities at the level of the Islamic Revolution can fulfill their main functions with a civilized approach, the results will be as follows: Training the force required by the Islamic State, training the specialized and skilled force required by the Islamic society, maintaining and promoting the level of freshness of the ideals of the Islamic Revolution and the aspirations of future generations, criticizing the foundations of Western civilization, training the force required to protect the ideals of the Islamic Revolution and producing the sciences required for the formation of a new Islamic civilization.

How to face the western civilization is one of the important issues that has made Islamic thinkers to think. Especially after the Islamic awakening, this intellectual effort has intensified in the Islamic world, and it is still a controversial issue. This article seeks to answer the question, what is the way to cross the western civilization? The type of research is developmental in terms of purpose, and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. Documentation and library methods have also been used in data collection. The findings of the research show that we must face the western civilization as a civilization and overcome it. In order to pass through Western civilization, one must first turn to critical Western studies,In the same way, the West came to know the East and Eastern civilizations, including Islamic civilization, through Orientalism. In the next step, the decline and degeneration of Western civilization, which both Westerners and Easterners themselves have realized, should be made a discourse, and Western civilization should be removed from the campaign scene as a competing civilization and an alternative model should be presented. Meanwhile, the best model is the new Islamic civilization, which started with the Islamic Revolution of Iran.

The study of civilization in the realm of humanities in our country does not have much of a boom,in particular, there are many issues that need to be researched from the perspective of conceptual and methodological approaches to civilization. Among such issues is the concept of new Islamic civilization. This article deals with the research critique of the book Razavi Civilization, which can be placed under the approaches of new Islamic civilization,however, this book lacks a methodological and scientific view of the issue. After the introduction of the book and other works of the author in this field, the importance of the issue of new Islamic civilization has been mentioned, and then we briefly enumerate the principles and foundations of book criticism and analysis, which includes a methodological view of the problem and a perspective of the characteristics of a scientific research book. The analysis of the book is done in two parts: formal criticism and content criticism according to the dimensions of the advantages and disadvantages,and then it is shown that despite the advantages such as the discussion of the new Islamic civilization, attention to the role of civilization of Shiite Imams and passive ignorance of the role of Imams (as) in history, but this book has structural and methodological shortcomings, such as: lack of definition of conceptual system, lack of logical order, non-argumentative and undocumented, methodological flaws and lack of analytical aspect. The necessity of analyzing the network of concepts of the family of civilization, the necessity of drawing and explaining the philosophy of history from the Shiite perspective, the importance of methodical critique of civilization texts, paying attention to the role of the relationship between religious science and new Islamic civilization, the need for a methodological view of the issue of civilization and adherence to the requirements of such studies are some of the results that this study emphasizes in the end.

Today, the concern of the new Islamic civilization has occupied the minds of many writers, and everyone is trying to identify a model for the transcendent / desirable life for Iranians and, on a larger scale, the Islamic world, but the reality is that it provides a defensible model. And the negotiable becomes possible when a clear knowledge of the lived experience and historical background of Islamic civilization is given. Showing such an image, of course, is based on the ontology of civilization on the one hand and how it is present in social life on the other. A group of writers, consciously or unconsciously, have approached the nature and vitality of civilization (ontological view) and for it, imagined stages such as emergence, growth and development, expansion and prosperity, and decline and decline, and based on that, optimistically It is heartbroken to flourish and grow again and move towards a new Islamic civilization. The present article tries to answer the central question with a critical approach and a descriptive comparative method, whether Islamic civilization-as a description-has recognizable stages in its historical path or not, and in any case, how can we move towards civilization? New Islamic step? The main hypothesis of the article is that Islamic civilization as a kind of biosocial and process of becoming, has not gone through certain stages and reaching the best of it / the new Islamic civilization is not a certain and preguaranteed thing, but in the shadow of society reform And the promotion of virtue and knowledge in it is achievable.

Islamic Revolution and the consequent Islamic state in Iran have revived Iranian-Islamic civilization’s discourse in a modern form which is rooted in both Iranian and Islamic ancient civilizations. Post-revolutionary Iran, as an obviously determinant country in this civilizational field, which has developed the civilization in the modern era, necessarily has to think and act civilizationally in order to resist western Humanist and Materialist affects.Academy is the place within which knowledge, as clearly one of the most important foundations of civilization-building, is produced. Civilization-building is the horizon toward which Iranian Universities should orient themselves. Academy is the canon of science, knowledge, and culture, and therefore plays an affective role in the formation, development and flourishing of a civilization; and it could be said that University is the foundation on which civilization is built. In other words, University in the modern era is not only the site of education and research, but also as an epistemological basis, participates in the process of culture and civilization-building; the matter which this study attempts to elaborate. Thus, we attempt to explain and define the necessary tools and indicators in the process.
